Lismore City Council plans for Military Road

Club volunteer coach, Mark Hennessy spoke with ABC North Coast today about the poor state of Military Road, leading to our training and playing facilities at Thistles Park.

Rebecca Sproule, Manager of City Brand and Product at Lismore City Council, advised that a light grading is planned for the road ahead of the season commencement on 1st May.

Further, Ms Sproule advised that LCC are waiting on receiving the appropriate funding in response to the Cyclone Alfred natural disaster (March 2025) to facilitate further remedial works in the future.
